Step 1. 3 meters or more of the formwork should be installed in a wrong position.

Step 2. Fixed steel strips require horizontal bundling.
Since the formwork is staggered, the position of the horizontal interface of the upper and lower formworks must be reinforced with steel strips. The steel strip should be horizontally covered at the interface, and the interface position should be in the middle of the reinforced steel strip, which can enhance the stability of the formwork and construction. effect.
The horizontally bundled steel strip can ensure uniform force. The upper and lower margins of the fixed steel strip are circular concrete column formss with a diameter of more than 1 meter and less than 1.5 meters. A steel hoop is provided free of charge with the formwork every 25 cm. Cylindrical stencils with a diameter of less than 1 m are provided free of charge with a steel hoop of 30 cm. It should be noted that when installing the steel strip, it is best to measure the formwork with a steel ruler and nail 3-4 small nails around the same height of the formwork. Step 5. Concrete pouring of the formwork.
The circular column formwork can be poured in one time with a small diameter of 7 meters. The height above 7 meters is recommended to be watered twice. Step6. demoulding process.
When the mold is removed, the steel pipes, wood squares and steel strips reinforced on the outside of the circular column formwork are removed in turn.
