How to use our circular concrete column forms? The circular concrete column forms is assembled by a combination of two wood circular concrete column forms, which are provided with a fastening hoop; the inner and outer surfaces of the two wood circular concrete column forms are covered with a plastic layer. The circular column formwork is light in weight, easy to assemble, and can be completed by manual operation, and the concrete surface poured is smooth and beautiful. The circular concrete column forms has scientific design, simple structure, convenient installation, reliable and durable, good waterproof performance, high strength, long service life, repeated use, improved engineering quality and reduced construction cost.
The circular column formwork construction plan:
Step 1. 3 meters or more of the formwork should be installed in a wrong position.
When installing the circular concrete column forms, when the column height exceeds three meters, the two formworks at the upper and lower joints of the formwork need to be staggered, and the misalignment can ensure the verticality and integrity of the cylinder.
Step 2. Fixed steel strips require horizontal bundling.
Since the formwork is staggered, the position of the horizontal interface of the upper and lower formworks must be reinforced with steel strips. The steel strip should be horizontally covered at the interface, and the interface position should be in the middle of the reinforced steel strip, which can enhance the stability of the formwork and construction. effect.
The horizontally bundled steel strip can ensure uniform force. The upper and lower margins of the fixed steel strip are circular concrete column formss with a diameter of more than 1 meter and less than 1.5 meters. A steel hoop is provided free of charge with the formwork every 25 cm. Cylindrical stencils with a diameter of less than 1 m are provided free of charge with a steel hoop of 30 cm. It should be noted that when installing the steel strip, it is best to measure the formwork with a steel ruler and nail 3-4 small nails around the same height of the formwork. When the steel strip is placed on the nail, the steel strip can be installed at the level of the steel strip. (Installation Tip: When installing the steel strip, it is best to measure the formwork with a steel ruler, and nail 3-4 small nails around the same height of the formwork. When the steel strip is placed on the nail, the steel strip can be kept. Installation level).
When installing the screws, the tightening degree of each screw should be consistent, so as to ensure the consistency of the tightness of the steel strip and the safety of the construction (installation tips: it is best to use the same personal reinforcement screws for the same column).
After the formwork is closed and reinforced, the bottom plane of the formwork is preferably 0.5-1 cm away from the ground and filled with concrete.
Step 3. The position of the upper and lower interfaces of the formwork is strengthened.
Since the circular concrete column forms is staggered, the position of the horizontal interface of the upper and lower formworks must be reinforced with steel strips. The steel strip should be horizontally covered at the interface, and the interface position should be in the middle of the reinforcing steel strip, which can enhance the stability and construction of the formwork. Effect. As shown above: (steel belt screws are misplaced)
Step 4. Protect the formwork.
After the steel strip is installed, in order to protect the circular concrete column forms, it is necessary to vertically add 5*10cm of wood to the periphery of the formwork, and fix the wooden square with four steel pipes. The spacing between the upper and lower steel pipes is preferably 100cm, so that not only The wooden formwork can be protected, and the pressure of the vibrating bar can be buffered, so that the effect of the punched concrete is better, and the protection is also advantageous for vertically positioning the formwork, so that the force of the formwork is formed into a whole, and the secondary reinforcement is achieved. effect.
Step 5. Concrete pouring of the formwork.
The circular column formwork can be poured in one time with a small diameter of 7 meters. The height above 7 meters is recommended to be watered twice. The recommended one for large diameter is 3 meters. The first time after the first watering is 30-60 minutes. The second pouring, the pouring process must be careful and meticulous.
Step6. demoulding process.
When the mold is removed, the steel pipes, wood squares and steel strips reinforced on the outside of the circular column formwork are removed in turn. At this time, the formwork is naturally demoulded open. If there are individual formworks that are not naturally opened, it is only necessary to use wooden strips at the position of the convex groove interface. When the shock is applied, the formwork can be demoulded naturally (please do not use tools to open it).
